TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For our mutual protection, we only ask for GENERAL INFORMATION regarding your proposed campaign, such as campaign brief and targeted location, that we may conduct our in-house feasibility study. We want to make sure that even before such commitments can be made that we stand a good chance to deliver positive results to our clients. We are a company that does not bite off more than what we can chew. Upon approval, our client shall be assigned a schedule (which will typically involve a lead time for training), and only at that time shall we require leads and training materials. We reserve the right to cancel a previously approved trial for misrepresentation (i.e. cases wherein Campaign brief indicates appointment setting, but script turns out to be outright hard selling, etc).
